Use of Facilities and Services. Subject to the rules of the University and the terms of this Agreement, the UFF shall have the right to use University facilities for meetings and all other services on the same basis as they are generally available to other university-related organizations which are defined as follows: University-Related Groups and Organizations. These groups and organizations may or may not receive budgetary support. Examples of such groups include student organizations, honor societies, fraternities, sororities, alumni associations, faculty committees, University Support Personnel Systems council, direct support organizations, the United Faculty of Florida, etc.
Use of Facilities and Services. Subject to the rules, regulations and policies of the Board and the University, the UFF shall have the right to use the University’s facilities for meetings on the same basis as they are available to Affiliated Organizations. (See FPU-1.003 Use of University Facilities and Properties, amended on Dec. 6, 2017.) The UFF will not be charged for facility space usage or associated processing fees.
Use of Facilities and Services. 41.7.1 University space, facilities, and services (e.g., mail, copiers, phones, fax, electronic communications, etc.) may be used by the Union for the purpose of holding meetings and for the conducting of employee representational functions subject to the availability of space, limitations of state law, and established policies and procedures governing the use of University facilities.

Subject to the rules and policies of the University, the UFF Chapter shall have the right to use University facilities for meetings and all other services on the same basis as they are generally available to other University- related organizations, which are defined as follows.
(a) An office conveniently located on the Xxxxxxx X. Maidique Campus in or near the PC building or other site mutually agreed to in consultation. Such space will at minimum consist of an office of at least 225 square feet and a locked storage area of at least 150 square feet, which will be furnished with standard faculty furnishings. The office shall be wired for telephone service and computer access to the internet.
(b) A University telephone number and listing in all campus directories. The UFF Chapter shall be responsible for paying the monthly phone xxxx.
Use of Facilities and Services. Subject to the rules and policies of the University, the UFF 6 shall have the right to use University facilities for meetings and to use all other services of the University 7 on the same basis as they are generally available to University-related groups and organizations. For 8 purposes of this Agreement, University-related groups and organizations are groups that are directly 9 related to University operations or the University community and that may or may not receive budgetary 10 support. Examples of such groups include student organizations, honor societies, fraternities, sororities, 11 alumni associations, faculty committees, and direct support organizations. 12
Use of Facilities and Services. (a) As the certified faculty bargaining agent, the UFF shall be provided an appropriate campus office with a lock. The office shall be equipped with a computer, standard campus software, a printer, a telephone for local access calling (no long distance service provided), access to the Internet, a desk with chair, two side chairs, and two file cabinets.
(b) The UFF shall have the right to the use of University facilities and services on terms no less favorable than other groups on campus, including the Faculty Association.
Use of Facilities and Services. Connecting channels, interface types and arrangements provided hereunder shall not be used knowingly for any purpose or in any manner, directly or indirectly, in violation of law or in the undertaking of an unlawful act.
Use of Facilities and Services. 3.1 The interconnecting facilities will be used only for the handling of interchanged traffic originating or terminating on AWS’s system in connection with AWS’s authorized services. Such facilities may, however, be used in conjunction with either Parties provisioning of transit service as provided in Section 2.3 of this Agreement. This Agreement is applicable only to Citizens’ local serving areas, within AWS’s MTA, Citizens will not be responsible for interconnections or contracts relating to AWS's interconnection with any other LEC.
3.2 Connecting circuits, facilities and arrangements provided pursuant to this Agreement will not be used, switched or otherwise connected together by AWS for the provision of through calling from a landline telephone to another landline telephone or from a landline telephone to an Internet Service Provider. The only exception is when AWS’s end-user “call forwards” to a landline telephone.
3.3 Connecting circuits, facilities and arrangements provided to AWS by Citizens will not be used knowingly for any purpose or in any manner, directly or indirectly, in violation of law or in aid of any unlawful act or undertaking.
3.4 When needed and upon request by AWS, special construction will be undertaken in accordance with the applicable Citizens Special Access tariff or as mutually negotiated by the Parties.
Use of Facilities and Services. 1. Subject to the terms of Article 6 above and to the prior requirements and obligations of the Agency, Slovakia shall have access on a cost-reimbursable basis to the facilities and services of the Agency for national space projects of Slovakia. The methods of calculating costs shall be those applied to the Agency’s Member States, when utilising the Agency facilities and services for their own space projects. In return, Slovakia shall make available its facilities and services to the Agency and its Member States on favourable terms.
2. In developing its national space potential and in planning for national space missions, Slovakia shall give preference, pursuant to the terms of Article VIII of the Convention, to the use of European space transportation systems, and of facilities, products and services belonging to, or developed or operated under the auspices of, the Agency or its Member States. Slovakia shall, further, support the Agency’s efforts to promote the use of European transportation systems, facilities, products and services by those international bodies to which it belongs that employ systems or services with a space-based component. For the purpose of satisfying its facilities requirements for any given mission, which are unmet on the basis of its own potential or that of its Member States, the Agency shall, subject to arrangements existing at the relevant time with other entities, and on terms of parity in this matter with other Associate Members of the Agency, give detailed consideration to the appropriate Slovakian facilities with a view to their potential use.
Use of Facilities and Services. 1. The Association has priority for using buildings, as long as such use does not interfere with the normal conduct of school activities and no conflict exists with previously scheduled meetings. There shall be no cost to the Association unless additional costs are incurred by the District. The Association will contact the principal in advance of the time of the meeting.
2. The Association shall have use of the District’s regularly scheduled pick-up and delivery service.
3. The Association shall have the right to place materials related to Association business on bulletin boards and in teachers’ mailboxes. A copy of all such materials shall be given to the principal.
4. The Association shall have the right to communicate with members of the bargaining unit and this right shall extend to all forms of electronic/telephonic, as well as paper communication that the District currently maintains except that the Association will not be entitled to utilize the franking privilege of the District. This shall include, but not be limited to, the District’s electronic mail and telephone systems, including the capability to communicate with all or only a portion of the bargaining unit. The District agrees to provide the Association with whatever lists and/or addresses and access to equipment necessary to communicate via these electronic/telephonic means. The Association agrees that it will bear whatever reasonable costs are related to this access and that extension of Article III.H will be at no cost to the District. The Association further agrees that the District communications through and usage of the methods and means described above shall have priority over any use of such methods and means by the Association. All communications by the Association will be for business purposes and according to professional standards.
