DAMAGES TO WALLS. Please be responsible not to cause undue damages to the walls while hanging pictures, etc. Do not use tape of any kind. Tenant will be charged to repair any excessive wall damages. Pictures, posters, etc. may be hung by using very small nails sparingly.
