Damages Upon Repossession. If Landlord repossesses the Premises without terminating this Lease, Tenant, at Landlord's option, shall be liable for and shall pay Landlord on demand all rental and other payments owed to Landlord hereunder, accrued to the date of such repossession, plus all amounts required to be paid by Tenant to Landlord until the date of expiration of the term as stated in Paragraph 1, diminished by all amounts actually received by Landlord through reletting the Premises during such remaining term (but only to the extent of the rent herein reserved). Actions to collect amounts due by Tenant to Landlord under this paragraph may be brought from time to time, on one or more occasions, without the necessity of Landlord's waiting until expiration of the Lease term.

Actions to collect amounts due by Tenant to Landlord under this paragraph may be brought from time to time, on one or more occasions, without the necessity of Landlord’s waiting until expiration of the Lease term. Unless Tenant has abandoned the Premises in violation of this Lease, tenant waives any claim or defense that the damages provided for herein should be reduced or offset by the failure of Landlord to mitigate, or exercise reasonable efforts to mitigate its damages, whether pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 20G below or otherwise.

  • Rights and Remedies Upon Event of Default Upon and after an Event of Default, the Administrative Agent shall have the following rights and remedies on behalf of the Secured Parties in addition to any rights and remedies set forth elsewhere in this Security Agreement or the other Loan Documents, all of which may be exercised with or, if allowed by law, without notice to a Grantor:

  • Remedies Upon Event of Default If any Event of Default occurs and is continuing, the Administrative Agent shall, at the request of, or may, with the consent of, the Required Lenders, take any or all of the following actions:

  • Remedies Upon Breach I understand that the restrictions contained in this Agreement are necessary for the protection of the business and goodwill of the Company and I consider them to be reasonable for such purpose. Any breach of this Agreement is likely to cause the Company substantial and irrevocable damage and therefore, in the event of such breach, the Company, in addition to such other remedies which may be available, will be entitled to specific performance and other injunctive relief.

  • Action upon Certain Failures of the Servicer and upon Event of Default In the event that the Trustee shall have actual knowledge of any failure of the Servicer specified in Section 8.01(a) or (b) which would become an Event of Default upon the Servicer's failure to remedy the same after notice, the Trustee shall give notice thereof to the Servicer. If the Trustee shall have knowledge of an Event of Default, the Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to the Certificateholders.
