Common use of Dangerous Devices Clause in Contracts

Dangerous Devices. Possession, use or threatened use of firearms, ammunition, explosives, firecrackers, hunting knives, dangerous chemicals, or any other objects as weapons on University property except as expressly authorized by law or University regulations is prohibited. Misuse of personal defensive devices (e.g., xxxx, pepper spray, electroshock weapons, etc.) is prohibited. Misuse of laser pointers is prohibited. Air weapons are considered “near lethal” and as such are not allowed on campus. Possession of air soft weapons is grounds for termination of License Agreement.
