Dark Fiber Loops. 2.4.4.1 AT&T shall provide NuVox with nondiscriminatory access to a Dark Fiber Loop on an unbundled basis. Dark Fiber Loop is fiber within an existing fiber optic cable that has not been activated through the use of optronics to render it capable of carrying communications services that extends from the demarcation point at an end user customer’s premises and the AT&T central office.
