Transition Period. Due to the nature of our purchasing process, the District often requires an existing service provider to continue to provide goods and/or services while the District is in the process of advertising, evaluating, and awarding a contract for the provision of the same goods and/or services in the future. To accommodate this process, the Contractor shall agree to maintain the same terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days after the automatic termination of this Agreement at the end of its term, if requested by the District, as a transition period. In addition, if the Contractor is not the successful bidder for a future solicitation for the same or similar services, he or she shall agree to provide the same goods and/or services provided in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days to allow for an orderly transition to the new provider. The District and the Contractor may mutually agree to a longer transition period.
Transition Period. Upon termination of this Agreement, and for 90 consecutive calendar days thereafter (the “TRANSITION PERIOD”), Executive agrees to make himself available to assist the Company with transition projects assigned to him by the Board. Executive will be paid at a reasonable, agreed upon hourly rate for any work performed for the Company during the Transition Period.
Transition Period. The period from the Transition Commencement Date to the date when Executive’s employment with Cadence under this Agreement terminates (the “Termination Date”) is called the “Transition Period” in this Agreement. Executive’s Termination Date will be the earliest to occur of:

During the Transition Period, the Hosted Services and JBE Data access shall continue to be made available without alteration.

The Contractor shall agree to maintain the same terms and conditions as this Agreement for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days after the automatic termination of this Agreement at the end of its term, if necessary, as a transition period. In addition, if the Contractor is not the successful bidder for a future solicitation for the same or similar services, he or she shall agree to provide the same goods and/or services provided in this Agreement for a period not to exceed ninety (90) day to allow for an orderly transition to the new provider.

Transition Period. The period of time after the expiration or termination of the Contract that, Supplier is obligated to continue providing assistance to Authorized Users so as to transition the Supplier’s contractual obligations, or any portion thereof, to any other supplier.
Transition Period. To the extent necessary, the ISO and Developers with an outstanding request (i.e., an Interconnection Request for which an interconnection agreement has not been submitted to the Commission for approval as of the effective date of these Large Facility Interconnection Procedures) shall transition to these procedures within a reasonable period of time not to exceed sixty (60) Calendar Days. The use of the term “outstanding request” herein shall mean any Interconnection Request, on the effective date of these Large Facility Interconnection Procedures: (i) that has been submitted but not yet accepted by the ISO; (ii) where the related interconnection agreement has not yet been submitted to the Commission for approval in executed or unexecuted form, (iii) where the relevant Interconnection Study Agreements have not yet been executed, or (iv) where any of the relevant Interconnection Studies are in process but not yet completed. Any Developer with an outstanding request as of the effective date of these Large Facility Interconnection Procedures may request a reasonable extension of any deadline, otherwise applicable, if necessary to avoid undue hardship or prejudice to its Interconnection Request. A reasonable extension shall be granted by the ISO to the extent consistent with the intent and process provided for under these Large Facility Interconnection Procedures. This paragraph shall not apply to a Large Facility’s obligation to obtain XXXX in order to quality as an Installed Capacity Supplier or obtain Unforced Capacity Delivery Rights under the ISO Services Tariff.
Transition Period. The performance incentive adjustment will not be calculated for the first 6 months from the inception of the fund. After 6 full calendar months, the performance fee adjustment will be determined using the average assets and Performance Difference over the first 6 full calendar months, and the Adjustment Rate will be applied in full. Each successive month an additional calendar month will be added to the performance adjustment computation. After 12 full calendar months, the full rolling 12-month period will take affect. Transition Period. Contractor shall agree to maintain the same terms and pricing of this Agreement for a period of ninety (90) days after the stated period of performance if this Agreement is not renewed as a transition period between contracts for the same or similar goods and/or services. If Contractor is not the successful bidder on the subsequent solicitation for the same or similar goods and/or services, Contractor shall agree to provide the same level of goods and services provided in this Agreement to the District for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days following the end of the stated performance period, allowing for an orderly transition to a new vendor.
