Custodial Services The charges and expenses of the custodian appointed by the Trust for custodial services;
Deposit Services 14.1.1 Deposit service implies opening of a deposit account upon the client’s (hereinafter the “depositor”) application and accrual of interest on the funds standing to the credit of such deposit account.
Construction Administration Services The Engineer shall perform construction administration services during construction as necessary. Such services shall, as part of the services to be rendered for the Engineer's established fee, include as much of the Engineer's professional services and the services of the Engineer's consultants as the State deems necessary for the well-being of the project and efficient prosecution of the construction work, but shall not include the Engineer's undertaking continuous on-site observation of the work. If the Engineer fails to perform such duties in a conscientious and reasonable manner, the State may exercise its right to terminate this contract as hereinafter provided in Section T. Additionally, it is understood and agreed to by the Engineer and the State that the duties of the Engineer shall include, but not be limited to, the following services:
Administration Services When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. See Infusion Therapy - Administration Services in the Summary of Medical Benefits for benefit limits and the amount you pay. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit. Please see Pharmacy Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies – Pharmacy Benefits section above for additional information. Site of Care Program For some medical prescription drugs, after the first administration, coverage may be limited to certain locations (for example, a designated outpatient or ambulatory service facility, physician’s office, or your home), provided the location is appropriate based on your medical status. Preauthorization may be required to determine medical necessity as well as appropriate site of care. If we deny your request for preauthorization, or you disagree with our determination for the appropriate site of care, you can submit a medical appeal. Contractor Services Emerald has contracted, on an exclusive basis, with official contractors to provide certain services for the Event. Service companies other than the official contractors will not be allowed to perform any of these exclusive services. Non-exclusive services may be performed by exhibitor-appointed contractors (“EACs”) within certain guidelines. Please refer to the Exhibitor Service Manual for a listing of exclusive services and EAC guidelines.
CONTRACT AMOUNT AND PAYMENT FOR SERVICES 5.1 Fiscal Year 2020 Contract Amount. The total amount of HHSC's share of this Contract for fiscal year 2020 shall not exceed $3,615,665.86. Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services. You agree to be bound by any and all such additional requirements and limitations. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.
