DAS Transfer/Lease. A Member, its Permit and Participating Vessel may not transfer or lease DAS to any non-Sector or Sector Member, Permit, or Participating Vessel during the Commitment Period in which the Participating Vessel and/or Permit is enrolled in the Sector except in accordance with the transfer provisions of the Agreement.
