Common use of Data Aggregation Clause in Contracts

Data Aggregation. Business Associate may use and disclose PHI received by Business Associate in its capacity as a Business Associate of Covered Entity to provide the following Data Aggregation services relating to the health care operations of Covered Entity: (i) to evaluate use of system, (ii) to improve and enhance the performance of the system, (iii) to develop updates to the system, (iv) to create, develop or enhance the functionality of the system, or (v) for other business purposes.

Data Aggregation. Business Associate may use and disclose PHI received by Business Associate in its capacity as a Business Associate of Covered Entity to provide the following Data Aggregation services relating to the health care operations Health Care Operations of the Covered Entity: (i) to evaluate use of system, (ii) to improve and enhance the performance of the system, (iii) to develop updates to the system, (iv) to create, develop or enhance the functionality of the system, or (v) for other business purposes.

Data Aggregation. Business Associate may use and disclose PHI received by Business Associate in its capacity as a Covered Entity’s Business Associate of Covered Entity in order to provide the following Data Aggregation services relating to the Covered Entity’s health care operations of only with Covered Entity: (i) to evaluate use of system, (ii) to improve and enhance the performance of the system, (iii) to develop updates to the system, (iv) to create, develop or enhance the functionality of the system, or (v) for other business purposes’s permission.

Data Aggregation. Business Associate may use and disclose PHI received by Business Associate in its capacity as a Business Associate of Covered Entity to provide the following Data Aggregation services relating to the health care operations of Covered Entity: (i) to evaluate use , provided that Business Associate notifies Covered Entity in advance of system, (ii) to improve and enhance the performance of the system, (iii) to develop updates to the system, (iv) to create, develop or enhance the functionality of the system, or (v) for other business purposesintended Data Aggregation services.
