Common use of Data Aggregation Clause in Contracts

Data Aggregation. Business Associate may use and disclose PHI received by Business Associate in its capacity as a Business Associate of Covered Entity to provide the following Data Aggregation services relating to the health care operations of Covered Entity: (i) to evaluate use of system, (ii) to improve and enhance the performance of the system, (iii) to develop updates to the system, (iv) to create, develop or enhance the functionality of the system, or (v) for other business purposes.
