All operating data and records of Seller, including customer lists and records, supplier agreements, rebate details, general commercial information, referral sources, research and development reports and records, production reports and records, equipment logs, operating guides and manuals, copies of financial, accounting and personnel records, correspondence and other similar documents and records ("Data and Records").
