Common use of Data and Records Clause in Contracts

Data and Records. 12.1 All information provided to the Client by the Company will be treated as conclusive evidence of the correctness of the details set out in that information unless: (a) the Client notifies the Company in writing, setting out the detailed reasons, within 14 days of receipt of that information that there exists a bona fide dispute concerning the correctness of that information; or (b) it is demonstrated at any time that there is a clear and manifest error in that information. 12.2 The Company may provide access to the Client and its Authorised Parties information on transactions related to this agreement through websites or Portals provided by the Company.
