School Performance. The School shall achieve an accountability designation of Good Standing or Honor on each of the three sections of the Performance Framework. In the event the School is a party to a third party management contract which includes a deficit protection clause, the School shall be exempt from some or all measures within the financial portion of the Performance Framework. In accordance with Charter School Law, the Authorizer shall renew any charter in which the public charter school met all of the terms of its performance certificate at the time of renewal.
School Performance. The School shall meet standard on all measures of the Performance Framework. The Authorizer shall renew any charter in which the School met all the terms of its Certificate, including all appendices, at the time of renewal.
School Performance. If school attendance is a goal of treatment, this measure will be monitored. The measure is defined as the number of Individuals who improve attendance in school while in active treatment against the total number of Individuals with a goal of improved attendance in school.
School Performance. An analysis and evaluation of the School’s fulfillment of its mission, statutory purposes and performance under this Contract, which shall include a comprehensive evaluation of each academic and environmental education contract goal for each year of the contract, as well as an evaluation of financial performance and operations performance, including compliance with reporting obligations; (2)
School Performance. At least 60.0% of children authorized in a FLOC (as defined in Information Item C, which is posted at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xxx/doing-business- hhs/provider-portals/behavioral-health-services-providers/behavioral-health- provider-resources/community-mental-health-contracts) shall have acceptable or improved school performance.
a) If the percentage improved is at least 57.0% but less than 60.0%, the amount recouped is 0.24%.
b) If the percentage improved is at least 54.0% but less than 57.0%, the amount recouped is 0.48%.
c) If the percentage improved is at least 51.0% but less than 54.0%, the amount recouped is 0.72%.
d) If the percentage improved is at least 48.0% but less than 51.0%, the amount recouped is 0.96%.
e) If the percentage improved is less than 48.0%, the amount recouped is 1.2%.
School Performance. An additional bonus of $500.00 to each AP teacher in a school 15 designated with a grade of “D” or “F” who has at least one student scoring 3 or higher 16 on the AP exam, regardless of the number of classes taught or of the number of 17 students scoring a 3 or higher on the AP exam.
School Performance. Authorizer shall evaluate Charter School’s performance for purposes of contract extension, renewal, and revocation decisions, and other evaluations of performance, in conformity with the standards set out in the CSAF and OPSB Policies HAB, HB, and HC. An annual review of Charter School’s performance shall be conducted based on performance standards established by Authorizer. Charter Operator acknowledges that the performance standards set forth in the CSAF are subject to change throughout the term of the Operating Agreement and agrees that Charter School is to be evaluated by standards in effect at the time of evaluation. Authorizer shall provide Charter School reasonable advance notice, in writing, of any proposed changes to the performance standards, engage with Charter School on such changes, and provide Charter School an opportunity to provide feedback thereto prior to presentation to OPSB for approval.
School Performance. 2.1 Authorizer will evaluate Charter School’s outcomes based on academic, financial and legal performance using the indicators and standards set out in JPSB Charter School Bulletin or its successor.
2.2 Substantial fulfillment of the targets set out in the JPSB Charter School Bulletin shall be the standard for subsequent renewal of Charter School’s charter.
2.3 JPSB shall evaluate Charter School at least annually consistent with the standards and measures set out in JPSB’s Charter School Bulletin.
School Performance. A bonus in the amount of $25.00 for each student taught by 45 the AICE teacher in each half-credit AICE course who receives a score of E or higher on 46 the AICE exam. An additional $500.00 to each AICE teacher in a school designated with 1 a grade of “D” or “F” who has at least one student scoring E or higher on the full-credit 2 AICE exam, regardless of the number of classes taught or of the number of students 3 scoring an E or higher on the full-credit AICE exam.
