Data Backup. The Services do not replace the need for Customer to maintain regular data backups or redundant data archives. PROVIDER HAS NO OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, ALTERATION, DESTRUCTION, DAMAGE, CORRUPTION OR RECOVERY OF CUSTOMER DATA.
Data Backup. NCIT will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain regular data backups of Licensee Data; provided however, that NCIT HAS NO OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, ALTERATION, DESTRUCTION, DAMAGE, CORRUPTION OR RECOVERY OF LICENSEE DATA.
Data Backup. Back-ups of the databases in the Service are taken on a regular basis, are secured, and encrypted to ensure that Personal Data is protected against accidental destruction or loss when hosted by Data Processor.
Data Backup. Customer must backup all data, such as patient data, prior to and during the provision of Services. Hologic is not responsible for loss, corruption, recovery, storage or backup of data.
Data Backup. The OnDemand Service includes a function for archiving and exporting Assessments, results and other data. Questionmark makes at least daily backups of Customer Data In the OnDemand Service but is not responsible for Customer’s deletion, correction, destruction, damage, loss or failure to store any such information or Customer Data including but not limited to Customer’s failure to make its own regular backups.
Data Backup. Customer shall maintain adequate records for at least ten (10) Business Days, including backup on magnetic tape or other electronic media where transactions are being transmitted to Metavante, from which reconstruction of lost or damaged files or data can be made. Customer assumes all responsibility and liability for any loss or damage resulting from failure to maintain such records.
Data Backup. RightNow shall cause hosted data to be backed up once in each 24 hour period.
Data Backup. The FOCUSIT Systems are programmed to perform routine data backups nightly once per twenty-four (24) hour period. FOCUSIT reserves the right to first charge any additional fees for any data restoration and will need Client’s written acceptance of these additional fees to perform such data restoration. Backups will be retained as follows:
(a) For e-mail and SharePoint, for seven (7) days; and
(b) For all other FOCUSIT Applications, for thirty (30) days.

The Licensor will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain regular data backups of Licensee Data; provided however, that LICENSOR HAS NO OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, ALTERATION, DESTRUCTION, DAMAGE, CORRUPTION OR RECOVERY OF LICENSEE DATA, EXCEPT IF OCCURED DUE TO THE LICENSOR’S DIRECT FAULT.
Data Backup. For Cloud Services hosted @Oracle: back-ups are taken on a regular basis; back-ups are secured using a combination of technical and physical controls, depending on the particular Cloud Service.
