Data Controller-to-Data Processor Transfers of EEA Personal Data. Where Customer, as a Data Controller, transfers or directs the transfer of EEA Personal Data to Conga, as a Data Processor, the Parties agree to implement Module Two of the SCCs, with Customer acting as the “Data Exporter” and Conga as the “Data Importer.” The contents of Annex I of the SCCs are included within Attachment A to this DPA. The contents of Annex II of the SCCs are included within Attachment B.
