Data Deletion. 9.1 The parties agree that following the termination or expiry of the Agreement, the Service Provider shall, return the Customer’s data to the Customer in line with clause 11.1. and shall destroy all of the Customer’s data within six (6) months and certify to the Customer that it has done so, unless required to retain such data for maintaining financial records, statutory or regulatory compliance.
