Deletion on Term Expiry. On expiry of the Term, Customer instructs Google to delete all Customer Personal Data (including existing copies) from Google’s systems in accordance with applicable law. Google will comply with this instruction as soon as reasonably practicable and within a maximum period of 180 days, unless EU or EU Member State law requires storage.

Deletion on Term Expiry. On expiry of the Term, Customer instructs Bitrix24 to delete all Customer Personal Data (including existing copies) from Bitrix24 systems in accordance with applicable law. Bitrix24 will comply with this instruction as soon as reasonably practicable and within a maximum period of 90 days, unless United States, EU or EU Member State law requires storage.
2.5.1 Account deletion. Paid plans devolve to the free plan according to the process described above. If an instance of Bitrix24 on a free plan (either converted to a free plan or originally on a free plan) is completely inactive over the course of 30 days, it is 'archived', and it can be retrieved only by an administrator account (yourself or a user in the instance with administrator rights). To retrieve the account, an administrator simply needs to log in. If no administrator logs in for another 15 days after the instance has been 'archived', the Bitrix24 instance will be deleted.
Deletion on Term Expiry. Subject to Section 9.3 (Deferred Deletion Instruction), on expiry of the applicable Term the Customer instructs IRIS Connect to delete all Customer Data (including existing copies) from IRIS Connect’s systems in accordance with applicable law. Delete requests are processed automatically following instructions via the Data Controller. Data is held in a trashed state for 90 days then a further 180 days in data back-ups. Without prejudice to Section 14.1 (Access; Rectification; Restricted Processing; Portability), the Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Customer will be responsible for exporting, before the applicable Term expires, any Customer Data it wishes to retain afterwards.
Deletion on Term Expiry. Subject to Section 12 (Deferred Deletion Instructions), upon expiry of the Term, Customer instructs Supplier to delete all Customer Data (including existing copies) from Supplier’s Systems in accordance with applicable Data Protection Law. Processor will comply with this Instruction as soon as reasonably practicable and within a maximum period of 90 days, unless EU or EU Member State law requires or justifies that such Personal Data be retained by Processor for a longer period of time. Without prejudice to Section 20 (Data Subjects Rights and Requests) Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer will be responsible for exporting, before the Term expires, any Customer Data it wishes to retain afterwards.

IRIS Connect will comply with this instruction as soon as reasonably practicable and within a maximum period of 180 days, unless EU or EU Member State law requires storage. Without prejudice to Section 12.1 (Access; Rectification; Restricted Processing; Portability), Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer will be responsible for exporting, before the applicable Term expires, any Customer Data it wishes to retain afterwards.
Deletion on Term Expiry. Client instructs Acceleration to delete all remaining Client Personal Data (including existing copies) at the end of the Term in accordance with applicable law. Acceleration will, and will procure that its Subprocessors will, comply with this instruction as soon as reasonably practicable and within a maximum period of 180 days, unless European Laws require storage.
Deletion on Term Expiry. On expiry of the Term, Client instructs Acceleration to delete all Brazilian Client Personal Data (including existing copies) from Google’s systems in accordance with applicable law. Acceleration will procure that Google will comply with this instruction as soon as reasonably practicable and within a maximum period of 180 days unless applicable laws require storage.
Deletion on Term Expiry. On expiry of the Term, Customer instructs Clicknology Ltd to delete all Customer Personal Data (including existing copies) from Clicknology Ltd systems in accordance with applicable law. Clicknology Ltd will comply with this instruction as soon as reasonably practicable and within a maximum period of 180 days, unless any applicable law requires storage.
