Data Developer to own Participant Algorithms. Subject only to clause 4.4 of this Module, all rights, title and interests (including all Intellectual Property Rights) in and to Participant Algorithms and any improvements to such Participant Algorithms, will at all times remain owned by Participant or its licensors and nothing in the Agreement is intended to transfer any right, title or interest (including in Intellectual Property Rights) in the Participant Algorithms to Data Republic.
