Protocols. Each party hereby agrees that the inclusion of additional protocols may be required to make this Agreement specific. All such protocols shall be negotiated, determined and agreed upon by both parties hereto.
Protocols. When conducting all Supplemental Services, Provider and its Canvassing Ambassadors must abide by the following protocols:
1. Remaining in compliance with all applicable federal, state, county, and municipal, statutes, laws, ordinances, regulations, and guidelines, as well as any Board guidelines, policies, and rules in effect now or later, and as amended from time to time related to COVID-19. Provider shall further comply with evolving requirements to protect the health and safety of all persons that Provider provides Supplemental Services to, as expressed in local, and state guidance from various government agencies. This includes, but is not limited to, adhering to all health and safety guidelines issued by CPS, Illinois Department of Public Health, and Chicago Department of Public Health related to COVID-19. Provider acknowledges these health and safety guidelines are subject to change. Provider and all Canvassing Ambassadors must wear Personal Protective Equipment (“PPE”) and maintain an adequate social distance of at least six feet while outdoors. Provider and all Canvassing Ambassadors must also remain in compliance with all State and City guidelines that are in place at the time the Supplemental Services are provided.
2. Provider and all its Canvassing Ambassadors will work based on a list of community areas or census tracts provided by CPS central office to create a narrative that would be best practice for messaging to the family and getting information to improve student success. Canvassing Ambassadors will provide information about summer programming and the start of the 2021-2022 school year.
3. During canvassing, Canvassing Ambassadors shall wear Provider issued identification badges and vests. These vests shall not be yellow.
4. During canvassing, if a Canvassing Ambassador suspects an emergency situation involving CPS student(s) or any emergency situation exists, the Canvassing Ambassador must call 911, as well inform the school/program the student(s) attend immediately of the emergency situation. If the Canvassing Ambassador witnesses or suspects that an emergency situation exists, it is critical that Canvassing Ambassadors inform the police and/or appropriate authorities in a timely manner. Provider must ensure Canvassing Ambassadors are aware of this responsibility.
Protocols. Contractor will abide by all applicable COVID-19 protocols set forth in the District’s Reopening and COVID-19 Mitigation Plan and the safety guidelines for COVID-19 prevention established by the California Department of Public Health and the Ventura County Department of Public Health.
Protocols. 1. The Parties shall co-operate in the formulation and adoption of protocols to this Agreement, prescribing agreed measures, procedures and standards for the implementation of this Agreement.
2. The Conference of the Parties may, at ordinary meetings, adopt protocols to this Agreement by consensus of all Parties.
3. The text of any proposed protocol shall be communicated to the Parties by the Secretariat at least six months before such a session.
4. The requirements for the entry into force of any protocol shall be established by that instrument.

Protocols. 4.1 The councils of the Wellington Region will work together on issues where it is agreed that the Region and the communities within it will benefit from a regionally collaborative approach.
4.2 The councils of the Wellington Region will work together in line with the protocols and principles outlined in the Wellington Regional Strategy Multilateral Agreement in regard to the Wellington Regional Strategy.
4.3 When a council has a significant disagreement with the position of the others, the group will make every effort to accommodate, acknowledge or at least fairly represent the dissenting view.
4.4 The councils of the Wellington Region will proactively present their case to the Government and other councils from other regions to ensure that the Wellington Region's interests are protected and enhanced.
4.5 When a significant decision or issue affects a particular council, or its population, then that council should have the lead role in formulating the Region's response.
4.6 The agreement acknowledges each council’s unique accountability.
4.7 The councils agree to act in good faith on issues of information and disclosure.
4.8 The councils agree to work collaboratively in an open and transparent manner.
4.9 The councils agree to build on work currently being undertaken within the Region and to continue to address issues of co-ordination, roles and responsibilities.
4.10 As signatories to this agreement all councils will ensure provision of the following:
a) Early notification to affected councils, through the distribution of draft documentation, of major policy discussions which may have implications beyond the boundaries of the decision-making council. This specifically includes the development of consultation policies and policies on significance.
b) Opportunities for all councils in the Region to be involved in early consultation on the development of each others draft Annual Plan and draft Long Term Plan and other significant policy consultation processes.
c) The application of a 'no surprises' policy, whereby early notice will be given over disagreements between councils concerning policy or programmes, before critical public announcements are made.

Provider shall further comply with evolving requirements to protect the health and safety of all persons that Provider provides Supplemental Services to as expressed in local, and state guidance from various government agencies. This includes, but is not limited to, adhering to all health and safety guidelines issued by CPS, IDPH, and CDPH related to COVID-19. Provider acknowledges these health and safety guidelines are subject to change. Provider and all Home Outreach Ambassadors must wear Personal Protective Equipment (“PPE”) and maintain an adequate social distance of at least six feet outdoors. Provider and all Home Outreach Ambassadors must also remain in compliance with all State and City guidelines that are in place at the time Supplemental Services are provided.
B. Provider and all its Home Outreach Ambassadors will work based on lists of students from both central office and with school based student engagement teams (i.e., principal, counselors, etc.) to create a narrative that would be best practice for messaging to the family and getting information to improve student success. Home visits will seek to understand challenges to school engagement and enroll students in summer programming. Home Outreach Ambassadors will serve as conduit between the families and the schools.
C. When conducting home visits, if the student who is the subject of the home visit is under the age of 18, the Home Outreach Ambassadors will only speak to the student’s parents and or guardians, If the student who is the subject of the home visit is under that age of 18 and answers the door and a parent or guardian is not available to speak with the Home Outreach Ambassador, the Home Outreach Ambassadors shall leave the premises of the residence and attempt contact again in the presence of the parent or guardian. In the event that a parent or guardian is not available to speak with the Home Outreach Ambassadors, the Home Outreach Ambassadors may only speak to the student who is the subject of the home visit if that student is over the age of 18 and has the capacity to consent.

Protocols. Owner Parties and Construction Manager may employ BIM to design, engineer, and construct, the Project. If applicable, Owner Parties and Construction Manager shall meet to establish written protocols governing the BIM Model (the “BIM Protocols”) including file formats, levels of development, authorized uses, and development and safekeeping responsibilities, governing all parties developing the Project’s BIM Models. When completed, the BIM Protocols shall govern all parties’ development of the Project’s BIM Models. Construction Manager shall be responsible for management, development, and hosting of its BIM Model, its Subcontractors’ BIM Models, and the Project’s integrated BIM Model. Construction Manager shall have ultimate responsibility to perform clash detection among all BIM Models during the preparation of the Construction Drawings and Specifications and through Final Completion of the Project. Among Construction Manager’s As-Built Documents due prior to Final Completion of each Deliverable Portion of Work, Construction Manager shall deliver to Owner an as-built BIM Model, built from its construction BIM Model, suitable for Owner’s continued use during the lifecycle of that completed Work.
Protocols. 7.1 The Parties have drawn up and agreed the Protocols set out in the Schedule to this Agreement in relation to the discharge of the following functions of the Authority:
7.2 The Protocols have also been agreed with the LEP as setting out appropriate working arrangements by which those functions will be progressed for the benefit of the Liverpool City Region and the Parties have authorised their respective Chief Executive or Head of Paid Service to execute the Protocols as agreements.
7.3 The Parties will keep the Protocols under regular review and may revise them from time to time, such revisions to be agreed by the Chief Executives of the Constituent Councils, the Head of Paid Service of the Authority.
7.4 Additional Protocols which are deemed appropriate to improve and enhance the transport, economic development and regeneration functions may also be agreed between the Parties by their respective Chief Executive or Head of Paid Service who is authorised to execute such additional Protocols, unless agreement is otherwise reserved to the Authority.
7.5 Protocols drawn up, agreed or revised under this clause shall not override anything provided for or required under this Agreement.
Protocols. Member States may negotiate and conclude separate protocols to implement this Agreement which shall form an integral part of this Agreement.
