Common use of Data Disclosure Requests Clause in Contracts

Data Disclosure Requests. If RingCentral receives a request from a law enforcement or other government authority to disclose Personal Data that RingCentral is processing on the Customer's behalf, RingCentral will notify and provide the Customer with the details of the data disclosure request prior to disclosing any Personal Data, unless legally prohibited or where an imminent risk of serious harm exists that prohibits prior notification.
