Common use of Data Disclosures Clause in Contracts

Data Disclosures. The Parties represent and warrant that they will only disclose Personal Data to a third party in accordance with Privacy and Data Protection Law and with this Agreement and Principal Agreement and will require such third party in writing to comply with Privacy and Data Protection Law and with the same obligations as are imposed on each Party by this Agreement, as appropriate and relevant, unless it is not possible to do so, such as where the data recipient is a governmental authority.
