Common use of Data Export Restriction Clause in Contracts

The Agency shall not allow any Citizens’ policyholder data to be exported to or accessed from outside of the United States with the sole exception being that the Agency may send a policyholder’s own data to a policyholder who is located outside of the United States as necessary to service a policy.
