Common use of Data Export Clause in Contracts

Data Export. During the Subscription Term or within 30 days thereafter upon Customer’s written request, Customer may export its Customer Data from the Service using the export features described in the Documentation. After this export period, Miro may delete Customer Data in accordance with its standard schedule and procedures. If Customer elects to proactively delete its account at any time, all associated Customer Data will be deleted permanently and cannot be retrieved.

Data Export. If Customer elects to proactively delete its account at any time, all associated Customer Data Content held on that account will be deleted permanently in accordance with Miro’s standard schedules and cannot be retrievedprocedures.
