Common use of Data Falsification Clause in Contracts

Data Falsification. Institution and Investigator will promptly report to Idorsia in writing any in- formation it is aware of indicating that any per- son has, or may have, engaged in falsification of data (i.e. creating, altering, recording or omitting data in such a way that the data do not represent what actually occurred) in re- porting Idorsia Data or in the course of per- forming, recording, supervising, or reviewing the Study. 2.4
