Common use of Data Portability and Deletion Clause in Contracts

Data Portability and Deletion. Upon request by You made within 30 days after the effective date of termination or expiration of this Agreement, or within 30 days after any suspension under the second sentence of the “Suspension of Services” section above, whichever is earlier, We will make the Your Data available to You for export or download. After such 30-day period, We will have no obligation to maintain or provide any Your Data, and will thereafter delete or destroy all copies of Your Data in Our systems or otherwise in Our possession or control, unless legally prohibited.

Data Portability and Deletion. After download, Your Data is presented in BACPAC (Azure SQL database backup) format. This service is charged at the then current price list for Professional Services. After such 30-day period, We will have no obligation to maintain or provide any Your Data, and will thereafter delete or destroy all copies of Your Data in Our systems or otherwise in Our possession or control, unless legally prohibited.
