Common use of Data Practices Act Compliance Clause in Contracts

Data Practices Act Compliance. Data provided to the Consultant or created by the Consultant under this Agreement shall be administered in accordance with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 13, as amended.

Data Practices Act Compliance. Data Any and all data provided to the Consultant Contractor, received from Contractor, created, collected, received, stored, used, maintained, or created disseminated by the Consultant under Contractor pursuant to this Agreement shall be administered in accordance with with, and is subject to the requirements of the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 13, as amended.

This paragraph does not create a duty on the part of Consultant to provide access to public data to the public if the public data are available from the EDA, except as amendedrequired by the terms of this Agreement.

Stat.§ 13.05, subd. 11, all of the data created, collected, received, stored, used, maintained, or disseminated by Contractor in performing the services under this agreement is subject to the Consultant or created by the Consultant under this Agreement shall be administered in accordance with requirements of the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act. Contractor must comply with those requirements, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 13, as amended.and the civil remedies of Minn. Stat.§ 13.08
