Common use of Data Practices Act Compliance Clause in Contracts

Data Practices Act Compliance. Data provided to the Consultant or created by the Consultant under this Agreement shall be administered in accordance with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 13, as amended.

Data Practices Act Compliance. Data provided to the Consultant provided, produced or created by the Consultant obtained under this Agreement shall be administered in accordance with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes, Statutes Chapter 13, as amended. The Contractor will immediately report to the City any requests from third parties for information relating to this Agreement. The Contractor agrees to promptly respond to inquiries from the City concerning data requests.

Data Any and all data provided to the Consultant, received from Consultant, created, collected, received, stored, used, maintained, or disseminated by Consultant or created by the Consultant under pursuant to this Agreement shall be administered in accordance with with, and is subject to the requirements of the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 13. This paragraph does not create a duty on the part of Consultant to provide access to public data to the public if the public data are available from the EDA, except as amendedrequired by the terms of this Agreement.
