In performing the Cloud Services, We will comply with the Incident IQ Privacy Policy, which is available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/privacy-policy and incorporated herein by reference, as well as the additional requirements detailed in paragraph 8, below. The Incident IQ Privacy Policy is subject to change at Our discretion; however, policy changes will not result in a material reduction in the level of protection provided for Your Data during the Services Period described in Your Order Form.
