Common use of Data Processing Addendum Clause in Contracts

Data Processing Addendum. This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") is effective as of the date executed and forms part of the Agreement between HireVue, Inc. ("HireVue") and the entity entering the Agreement as a Buyer of HireVue Services ("Buyer"). This DPA is supplemental to the Agreement and sets out the roles and obligations that apply when HireVue processes Personal Data falling within the scope of the Data Protection Laws on behalf of Buyer in the course of providing the HireVue Services. All capitalized terms not defined in this DPA shall have the meanings set forth in the Terms.

All capitalized terms not defined in this DPA shall have the meanings set forth in the TermsAgreement.

All capitalized terms not defined in this DPA shall have the meanings set forth in the Terms.
