Data Processing Equipment, Software and the Internet. At no time shall the use of the data processing system belonging to the City be used by the union for the sole purpose of conducting union business. This includes, but is not limited to use of the computer equipment, software and Internet service. This provision does not apply when communicating with city officials about matters of mutual interest.
