Our Data Processing Agreement (“DPA” for personal information not subject to GDPR) or our Data Processing Agreement with Standard Contractual Clauses (“DPA-SCC” for personal information subject to GDPR) applies to and governs all activities concerning the processing of personal data (as defined in the DPA or DPA-SCC) included in Your Content. By accepting this Agreement, each party is deemed to have signed the DPA or DPA-SCC, as “Controller” in the case of You, and as “Processor” in the case of Us.
