DATA PROTECTION AND SECURITY REQUIREMENTS. The Parties agree that the terms of this Appendix 1 shall apply to the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement for personal data located in the EU/EEA zone and Switzerland and in due respect of Regulation 2016/679/EU. In the event that any provisions of this Data Protection and Security Requirements appendix conflict with the terms of the Agreement (including any other exhibits or appendices), the terms of this Data Protection and Security Requirements appendix shall prevail.
