Common use of Data Protection Requests Clause in Contracts

Data Protection Requests. Institution shall promptly notify Sponsor’s DPO in writing if they receive any communication with regards to data protection relating to the services from a Data Subject, a data protection authority or other regulatory authority and provide Sponsor’s DPO with full cooperation and assistance in relation to any such communication, at no additional cost to PPD or Sponsor.
