DATA PROTECTION ROLES. 2.1. The Parties agree that: a) This DPA applies exclusively where Client acts as the Data Controller regarding Client Personal Data Processed by Register in the provision of the Service; b) Register acts as the Data Processor of the Client Personal Data for the provision of the Service; and c) this DPA regulates the relationship between the Parties in terms of respective duties and obligations concerning the Processing of Client Personal Data by the Data Processor in the provision of the Service.
