Common use of Data Reporting Requirements Clause in Contracts

Data Reporting Requirements. 22 A. CONTRACTOR shall submit to COUNTY’s Fiscal Intermediary, via electronic data interface 23 and within ninety (90) days of the date of service all utilization data for Custody Patients receiving 24 Medical Services in accordance with Paragraph III of this Exhibit A to the Agreement, consistent with 25 the data structure and requirements in accordance with direction provided by ADMINISTRATOR. The 26 parties agree that this data is essential to monitoring the services provided by CONTRACTOR on behalf 27 of COUNTY.
