Data Restoration. (1) The CSD Pool will pay for the Member District’s reasonable and necessary cost to research, replace or restore lost Data.
(2) The CSD Pool will pay for the Member District’s reasonable and necessary cost to research, replace or restore Data that is lost as the result of an Interruption Of Service.
(3) Coverage under h.(2) above applies to Data stored in Covered Equipment.
Data Restoration. If the Customer wishes a data restoration, he will contact the support service of the host indicating the nature of the restoration and the date of restoration desired. This date cannot be more than 3 weeks (21 consecutive days) prior to the current date.

Data Restoration. (A) Local Restores. MojoHost will initiate restoration of Customer’s data stored onsite within two hours of the time that Customer requests the restore by a support ticket.

In the event of a server (host) loss, an already “imaged” stand‐by server will be provisioned in place of the failed server in the “state‐less” application server farm. (4) Coverage under f.(2) above also applies to “data” stored in the equipment of a “cloud computing services” provider with whom you have a contract.
(5) We will also pay for your loss and expense as defined under Business Income coverage and Extra Expense coverage as described in this Equipment Breakdown Coverage Agreement that is the result of f. (1) and f.(2) above, if such coverage is otherwise applicable under this Equipment Breakdown Coverage. This coverage is included within and subject to your Data Restoration limit.
Data Restoration. In case of critical data loss, TDL Members can request a copy of the content they deposited. The TDL Data Restoration procedure is as follows: The requesting TDL Member must be the primary technical or business contact listed in this Agreement. TDL Member must submit the content restoration request to ▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Restoration requests will begin processing within 3 working business days of initiation.

DISTRICT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT, IF COMPANY HAS MADE COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE EFFORTS TO REGULARLY BACK UP DISTRICT DATA, EDUCATIONAL CONTENT, AND STUDENT-CREATED CONTENT, COMPANY’S EFFORTS TO RESTORE LOST OR CORRUPTED DISTRICT DATA, EDUCATIONAL CONTENT, AND STUDENT-CREATED CONTENT PURSUANT TO THIS SECTION 7(D) WILL CONSTITUTE DISTRICT’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND COMPANY’S SOLE LIABILITY IN THE EVENT OF ANY LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DISTRICT DATA, EDUCATIONAL CONTENT, OR STUDENT-CREATED CONTENT.
