Data Restoration. (1) The CSD Pool will pay for the Member District’s reasonable and necessary cost to research, replace or restore lost Data.
(2) The CSD Pool will pay for the Member District’s reasonable and necessary cost to research, replace or restore Data that is lost as the result of an Interruption Of Service.
(3) Coverage under h.(2) above applies to Data stored in Covered Equipment.
Data Restoration. (A) Local Restores. MojoHost will initiate restoration of Customer’s data stored onsite within two hours of the time that Customer requests the restore by a support ticket.
Data Restoration. If the Customer wishes a data restoration, he will contact the support service of the host indicating the nature of the restoration and the date of restoration desired. This date cannot be more than 3 weeks (21 consecutive days) prior to the current date.
Data Restoration. Local Restores. Opus will initiate restoration of Customer's data within one (1) hour of receipt of Customer's written request. Customer is allowed two (2) free local restoration events per calendar month. Additional restores will be billed at Opus's standard hourly rates. Remedy: In the event that Opus fails to perform data restores in accordance with the standards set forth above, Customer is entitled to a service credit of 5% for the first event, 5% for the second event, and 5% for the third and subsequent events (up to 50% of customer's monthly recurring fee for the month in which the unavailability occurs).
Data Restoration. In the event of a loss of Customer Data due to a disaster, the Data is restored using the most recent backup so that the Services are available within twelve hours of the incident. In the event of a server (host) loss, an already “imaged” stand‐by server will be provisioned in place of the failed server in the “state‐less” application server farm. This standby server can be in production within four hours.
Data Restoration. (1) We will pay for your reasonable and necessary cost to research, replace or restore lost “data.”
(2) We will pay for your reasonable and necessary cost to research, replace or restore “data” that is lost as the result of an “interruption of service.”
(3) Coverage under f. (2) above applies to “data” stored in “covered equipment.”
(4) Coverage under f.(2) above also applies to “data” stored in the equipment of a “cloud computing services” provider with whom you have a contract.
(5) We will also pay for your loss and expense as defined under Business Income coverage and Extra Expense coverage as described in this Equipment Breakdown Coverage Agreement that is the result of f. (1) and f.(2) above, if such coverage is otherwise applicable under this Equipment Breakdown Coverage. This coverage is included within and subject to your Data Restoration limit.
Data Restoration. 1. Service Provider will be notified of a need for restoration through the raising of a Service Request by contacting the Service Department or emailing our Service Desk. This request will be addressed in accordance with the Clients normal SLA. Restore times are dependent on the amount of data to be restored; the more data needs to be recovered, the longer the restore process will be. There are no guaranteed times for the transfer and restoration of this data.
2. Data consistency can be defined as Crash Consistent “CC” or VSS Consistent “VSS”. VSS consistent data is data that is backed up using agents that are ‘Data Aware’. Crash Consistent is a backup consistent with ‘unplugging’ the system. Certain applications, such as SQL and Exchange use specific agents to achieve the VSS state. Items without these agents may be Crash Consistent.
Data Restoration. 4.2.1. Local Restores — Rackspace will initiate restoration of Customer’s data within [**] of receipt of Customer’s written request. Customer is allowed [**] free local restoration events per calendar month. Additional restores will be billed at Rackspace’s standard hourly rates.
4.2.2. Offsite Restores — Rackspace will initiate restoration of Customer’s data within [**] of receipt of Customer’s written request. Customer is allowed [**] free offsite restoration event per calendar month. Additional restores will be billed at Rackspace’s standard hourly rates.
Data Restoration. If the data restoration is required due to the actions or inactions of the Contractor or its subcontractors, Contractor will promptly notify the State and complete actions required to restore service to normal production operation. If requested, Contractor will restore data from a backup upon written notice from the State. Contractor will restore the data within one (1) Business Day of the State’s request. Contractor will provide data restorations at its sole cost and expense.
Data Restoration. In case of critical data loss, TDL Members can request a copy of the content they deposited. The TDL Data Restoration procedure is as follows: The requesting TDL Member must be the primary technical or business contact listed in this Agreement. TDL Member must submit the content restoration request to xxx.xxx/xxxxxxx Restoration requests will begin processing within 3 working business days of initiation.
