Data Rights License Upgrade Option. The Contractor shall grant to the Government enhanced data rights for those Commercial and Noncommercial Technical Data (TD), Computer Software (CS), and Computer Software Documentation (CSD) items for which the Contractor provided an option price for procurement of greater rights than the level specified in its list(s) of asserted restrictions.
