Data Security Management. 3.10.1 It is mandatory by the date of the Framework Agreement commencement (or at a later date as agreed) that the Supplier is able to demonstrate that they meet the technical requirements prescribed by Cyber Essentials for data pertinent to the Vehicle Hire Service as detailed in this document and, in particular, to the treatment of any personal details of Drivers held and processed by the Supplier.
