Common use of Data Sharing Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Data Sharing Responsibilities. Contractor shall ensure that all primary and delegated secondary organizations that share, exchange, or use personal, sensitive, or confidential data, pursuant to this Agreement and subcontracts issued by Contractor, shall adhere to these security requirements and applicable state and federal law, in addition to further data sharing guidance as may be issued by CSD during the term of this Agreement. If data sharing is accomplished via interconnectivity of an application system, then data sharing must be certified to be secure by both parties.
