Data Subscription. Pitney ▇▇▇▇▇ will distribute to you Database updates to the Databases, such as carrier rating structure files. Updates will be distributed as such updates are made available by Pitney ▇▇▇▇▇ from time to time. Data subscription services and Database updates or carrier services do not apply to software that is carrier rate specific and which Pitney ▇▇▇▇▇ maintains. Database updates are installable by you. If installation is required by Pitney ▇▇▇▇▇, Pitney ▇▇▇▇▇ will install such Database updates at its then current rates. You are entitled to only one (1) copy of each update. Replacement updates may be provided by Pitney ▇▇▇▇▇, in its sole discretion; if such a replacement update is provided, you will pay Pitney ▇▇▇▇▇’ then applicable service charge for such update. Pitney ▇▇▇▇▇ cannot and does not warrant the availability, accuracy or timely dissemination of non-Pitney ▇▇▇▇▇ originated source data incorporated in the Databases.
Data Subscription. Provider will supply and sell to Subscriber, and Subscriber will receive and purchase, respectively, a Subscription to the Data as set forth in the DSA Offer in accordance with this Agreement. A Subscription, as described in the applicable DSA Offer, includes Data distributed via AWS Marketplace which may be downloaded via Amazon Simple Storage Services (Amazon S3) or other available functionality (collectively, “Downloaded Data”). The frequency of updates to the Data via data revisions by the Provider, as well as fees or rates for the Subscription, shall be as set forth in the applicable DSA Offer.
Data Subscription. Rearc will supply and sell to Subscriber, and Subscriber will receive and purchase, respectively, a Subscription to the Data as set forth in the Data Marketplace in accordance with this Agreement. A Subscription includes access to Data and access to any associated data assets (collectively, “Subscribed Assets”). The frequency of updates to the Data via data revisions by the Provider, as well as fees or rates for the Subscription, shall be as set forth in the Marketplace Product Listing or Supporting Agreements for the Data.

1.2.2. The frequency of updates to the Data via data revisions by the Provider, as well as fees or rates for the Subscription, shall be as set forth in the applicable DSA Offer.
1.2.3. Provider may amend the content of the Subscription (e.g., in terms of design, amount of content, etc., as deemed necessary by Provider) or discontinue the provision of the Subscription without notice to Subscriber. Provider do not guarantee to provide the same content of Subscriptions at the time of initial or subsequent purchase, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Subscriber as a result of such amendment or discontinuation.
1.2.4. Once Subscriber have purchased Subscription, under no circumstances can Subscriber replace, exchange, change or cancel Subscribe.
