The Lenders shall have received, at least three (3) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, the data tape that includes the applicable information set forth on Exhibit H (the “Data Tape”) with respect to Scooters owned by the Borrower on or prior to the Closing Date, which shall be satisfactory to the Lenders in their sole discretion (it being agreed and acknowledged by the Lenders that the Data Tape delivered to the Lenders on April 23, 2021 is satisfactory).
