Common use of Date and Notice of Termination Clause in Contracts

Date and Notice of Termination. Any termination of Xx. XxXxxxxxx' employment by the Company or by Xx. XxXxxxxxx (other than termination pursuant to Section 7(a) above) shall be communicated by written Notice of Termination to the other party hereto. For purposes of this Employment Agreement, a "Notice of Termination" shall mean a notice which shall indicate the specific termination provision in this Employment Agreement relied upon and shall set forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for termination of Xx. XxXxxxxxx' employment under the provision so indicated.
