Date of Closing. Subject to the conditions stated in this Agreement, the purchase and sale of the Interests pursuant to this Agreement (the "Closing") shall occur on or before December 1, 1999, at 10:00 a.m., Mountain Standard Time, or on such other date and time as Buyer and Seller may agree (the "Closing Date").
