Common use of Date of Commencement and Completion Clause in Contracts

Date of Commencement and Completion. Contractor shall commence its Work no later than the date indicated in the Notice to Proceed with the Work to be provided by the Owner to Contractor, and the Work shall be performed regularly, diligently and without interruption at such a rate of progress to achieve Substantial Completion of the Project within _Twenty-Five (_25 ) days after the Contract Time commences to run as provided herein, subject to adjustments authorized by Owner ("Contract Time").
