Common use of DATE OF CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

DATE OF CONTRACT. Notwithstanding the provisions of 1.1.1 above, where this Agreement contains terms and conditions which are changed from those contained in the prior Agreement, such terms and conditions shall become effective on January 1, 1996, except where such changes are effective on the dates indicated in the particular article.
