Date of Effect. The following provisions shall take effect and be binding upon the Corporation and the Union for a period commencing the first (1st) Day of July 2010 and ending the thirtieth (30th) Day of June 2014, SAVE AND EXCEPT as may be expressly required herein or as may be required from time to time by the statutes of British Columbia.
