Date of Effect. The following provisions shall take effect and be binding upon the Corporation and the Union for a period commencing the first (1st) Day of July 2014 and ending the thirtieth (30th) Day of June 2019, SAVE AND EXCEPT as may be expressly required herein or as may be required from time to time by the statutes of British Columbia.
Date of Effect. 8.1. This agreement shall, in respect of parties, come into effect on the date it is signed in Council.
Date of Effect. 13.1. The provisions of this Collective Agreement shall take effect on the date of signing.
13.2. Signing of the Collective Agreement
Date of Effect. If a majority of those employees who cast a valid vote decide that they want to approve the agreement, the agreement will be approved. The agreement will take effect from the date of issue of a Declaration Receipt. A copy of the filing receipt will be provided to each employee. This Agreement shall operate for a period of five years form the date it comes into effect unless terminated sooner by the effect of a provision of the Act.
Date of Effect. The Standard Form Contract terms and conditions will take effect from the date at which the electrical supply Customer enters into a contract with the Rottnest Island Authority under the Standard Form Contract.

A copy of the filing receipt will be provided to each employee ‘Act’ means the Workplace Relations Act 1996 as amended. ‘AFPCS’ means the Australian Fair Pay and Conditions Standard. ‘APCS’ means a preserved, amended or new Australian Pay and Classification Scale as amended from time to time, which binds the employer and the employee.
