Common use of DATE OF OFFEER OF POSSESSION Clause in Contracts

DATE OF OFFEER OF POSSESSION. (for fit outs) shall mean the date on which the SELLER shall endeavor to make available to the Purchasers the Unit for fit outs subject to the receipt of the total consideration and all other advances and deposits payable under this agreement. This shall be the date of which the notice for readiness of the Unit for fit outs is issued by the Seller plus fifteen days.
