Posting of Positions. 14.5.1 Positions shall be posted for fifteen (15) days on the Library’s staff bulletin board and on the University web page. Copies of the posting shall be sent to Members of the Bargaining Unit in the Library and to the Association. 14.5.2 Notices of positions shall include: the Category of Appointment; the department within the Library; specific duties attached to the position; the qualifications for the appointment; the number of hours per week; the date of commencement of the appointment, and, if applicable, the date of termination; the deadline for the application; and the date of posting. 14.5.3 The deadline for applications shall be at least fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of posting. 14.5.4 Applications shall be sent to the University Librarian, who shall forward them to the Part-time Librarian Appointment Committee.
Posting of Positions. The Board shall post all teaching, extra -curricular, summer tutoring, and other summer employment that is planned prior to the closing of the school year, and part-time employment that occurs before or after the regular school day. Main responsibilities and a description of the position 8. Expected entry date 9. Expected duration (in the case of a temporary position) 10. Reference number 11. Opening and closing date of the posting 6.02.04 A copy of all vacancy postings shall be forwarded via e-mail to all the Local Chief Shop Stewards before they are posted. 6.02.05 Once a position award has become effective, the Company shall not cancel the award without written justification to the employee, with a copy to the Local Chief Shop Xxxxxxx. 6.02.06 Employees wishing to be considered for an available position must submit their resume or application to the Human Resources Department in YUL either via fax or e-mail. The position reference number must be included. All such resumes and applications must be received by 23:59 EST on the vacancy closing date. 6.02.07 The Company shall grant access to its intranet so that all employees absent due to vacation, voluntary leave of absence or layoff have access to all current vacancy postings. Posting of Positions. 15.01 A vacancy, which will entail the hiring of a Continuous Occasional Teacher, which is known to exceed three (3) months duration, and which is known three (3) weeks in advance, shall be posted. Posting of Positions. A. The Vacancy shall be posted within twenty (20) work days of the occurrence of the vacancy. B. The vacancy shall be posted during the school year five (5) working days in each building on staff and office bulletin boards in open view. The vacancy notice will be emailed to the bargaining unit members and posted on the district webpage. C. The vacancy notice shall include the position title, certification/licensing requirements, entry level qualifications, location of the position, title of immediate supervisor, date of the initial posting and last date to apply for the position. D. After dismissal of school for summer vacation, vacant or new positions will be emailed to the bargaining unit members and posted on the district webpage. Such vacancies or new positions will not be filled until five (5) working days have elapsed from the notification of vacancies. E. Certificated staff desiring to be considered for vacancies and/or new positions that occur during the summer may submit a written request for grade level or subject area change to the building principal and the Superintendent on or before the last day of school. In addition to posting the notice, the administration will attempt to notify by telephone the teachers that have shown interest in such vacancies or new positions. Certificated staff will be responsible for keeping the Superintendent informed as to their current phone numbers and addresses.
Posting of Positions. Should the Company intend to open position(s) for the culinary apprenticeship program within the Culinary Department, said position(s) shall be bulletined. The Company agrees to consider current qualified employees before hiring a new employee for apprenticeship positions. Article 12 shall apply.
