The date of termination for a Felony Termination Event or a BOE Termination Event (as defined below) shall be the date of the written Notice of Termination provided for in Section 4.1.3. The date of termination for a Conduct, Performance or Disloyalty Termination Event shall be provided in Section 4.1.4. The date of resignation shall be the date specified in the written notice of resignation from the Executive to the Company, or if no date is specified therein, 10 business days after receipt by the Company of written notice of resignation from the Executive.
