Common use of Date of Termination/Resignation Clause in Contracts

Date of Termination/Resignation. The date of termination for a termination by the Company for Cause shall be the date of the written notice of termination provided for in Section 5.1.3. The date of termination for a Termination Without Cause shall be as provided in Section 5.1.4. The date of termination for a termination for Permanent Disability shall be as provided in Section 6. The date of resignation shall be the date specified in the written notice of resignation from the Executive to the Company, or if no date is specified therein, ten (10) business days after receipt by the Company of written notice of resignation from the Executive.
