Date of the Certificates. The Certificates that are authenticated and delivered by the Trustee to or upon Depositor Order on the Closing Date shall be dated the Closing Date. All other Certificates that are authenticated after the Closing Date for any other purpose under the Agreement shall be dated the date of their authentication.
