Common use of Date of the Closing Clause in Contracts

Date of the Closing. Subject to the provisions of Article V, the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby (the “Closing”) shall take place at the offices of Xxxxxxxx & Xxxxxxxx, 1-5-1 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan, on May 1, 2010, or such other date or time after the conditions set forth in Article V have been satisfied or waived (excluding conditions that by their terms are to be satisfied on the Closing Date) as may be agreed upon by the Parties.
